What to expect
- We aim to reply within five business days.
- We can correct a documented form limit, explain the encoder, or answer a privacy question.
- We cannot compress a file on your behalf, look at an ID photo, or tell you whether a visa counter will accept a portrait.
- We do not provide phone support and we do not have a ticket portal.
Please do not send
- Passport, exam, or PAN photographs — use the on-page tool.
- Passwords, OTPs, or copies of government IDs.
- Requests to “just compress this for me.” There is no inbox processor.
Privacy questions are answered in the privacy policy. Advertising inventory, when live, is standard display only. Ownership: about ExactKB.
Corrections we welcome
Form limits move. If you have a primary-source PDF (an official information bulletin, a portal help page) that disagrees with a preset note, send the URL or a quotation and the year. We will update the guide. Screenshots of a rejected upload without the notice attached are not enough for us to change a number.
Advertising and policy mail from networks should use the subject line “Ads / policy” so it is not mixed with form-limit corrections. We do not sell sponsored placements inside the compressor UI and we do not accept payment to hide the government-affiliation disclaimer.
